On Monday 9 December 2013, H.E. the Inspector General Mohamed Rashid Al Rumaihi participated in the ceremony, held by the National Institution for Human Rights to launch its strategy and plan for the year 2013-2016, coinciding with the Kingdom of Bahrain's National Day celebrations and Human Rights Day celebration. In the end of the event, H.E. the Inspector General and a number of participants were honored.
